Summary - Kate and Jay photobooks
When the live project first began my focus was on the Sanctuary newspaper, with the plan of producing graphic design and photography for them. After receiving confirmation that they were interested communication ceased and the project never picked up. After this i had to explore different options for the development of my publishing interests. The idea of producing photography books was agreed on and i began working largely on this. I found working with mostly images and very little text to be challenging. The experience of creating a book of this type was also difficult in that the work i put it didn’t seem to be translated, which would always be the outcome when working with other peoples images as the focus of the content. More work still needs to be done. Feel even with the decreased page number it is difficult to prevent the book from being boring without overdoing the layout.
